The problem

Clickdee's business is qualified phone calls in insurance and home-services verticals — health & Medicare, final expense, HVAC, plumbing and more. When calls are the product, a silent backend failure is unsold inventory. The services needed management tooling, systematic testing and monitoring that reports before clients notice.

What we built

• Portfolio Management Service for the agency's campaign portfolio
• 10+ automation services for API and service testing — Chai, Mocha and Jest running continuously, not just at release time
• Notification systems reporting load statistics every 8 hours, so capacity questions were answered before they were asked

How it's put together

Node.js services with testing treated as infrastructure: the automation suite exercised real APIs on schedule, which turned regressions from customer complaints into internal alerts.
