The problem

Every new campaign flow — welcome series, re-engagement, winback — was engineering work. Marketing had the ideas; the backlog had the capacity. The fix wasn't more engineers, it was a canvas where non-engineers design automation themselves.

What we built

• Drag-and-drop journey canvas: drop steps, connect paths, see the whole flow at a glance
• Attribute- and event-based triggers so journeys start themselves
• Time delays, condition branches and exits — real control flow, drawn instead of coded
• Template library to start from: welcome series, re-engagement, abandoned cart, winback, onboarding
• Draft → review → publish lifecycle, so experiments can't break production journeys

How it's put together

Shares the Call Intelligence platform's edge-first stack — the canvas compiles journeys that execute against the same event stream ClickHouse already holds, so triggers fire on data that's already there.
